Race weekend #1 is in the books. Two days of learning and yearning. Austin ran in GTS2 and I ran in Spec E30. 17 competitors in Spec E30 made for an exciting field and challenging qualifying. Disappointment got the best of me. Read More...
Tony Zwain stepped onto the podium for both SpecE30 and GTS-3. He finished 2nd in Satuday's SpecE30 race and P1 for GTS-3. Sunday's 3rd place finish in SpecE30 provided an epic battle with last years regional SpecE30 champion, Donny Edwards with all the action caught on camera. View the race here.
Rich Vijeh brought home the win in GTS3 on both days. Sarah Zwain won in TTB posting her personal best times and Jarrett Tamaye enjoyed his first racing action in PTE. View the PTE race here.
In the heart of wine country; Sonoma, CA, Infineon Raceway will will mark the beginning of the 2010 NASA Norcal Season. The upcoming weekend, February 27-28, Speed Trapp Racing will be competing in Spec E30, GTS Challenge, and Time Trials. The cars are ready, the trailers almost packed, and we're looking forward to a successful start. Come swing by the Spec E30 area in the South Paddock if you have any questions about our services or to just meet the Speed Trapp Team.

"Twelve NorCal SpecE30 racers showed up for the 2009 season ender held at Infineon Raceway in beautiful Sonoma, California. The competition for top season points winner was very tight going into this race with a mere 75 points separating the top five drivers/teams."

Donny Edwards takes 1st place in Saturdays Spec E30 race at Infineon Raceway. With this win Donny, and the Little Red Wagon, earned valuable points needed to seal the season championship.
Repeating his win on Saturday, Donny Edwards sealed the Spec E30 Season Championship. Tony Zwain continued Speed Trapp Racings winning ways by placing 2nd in the race. View in car vid of the race here. If that wasn't impressive enough, Sean Trapp closes out the season in 7th while driving the newly rebuilt Bad Kitty. Congratulations Speed Trapp Racers!
